9. CLiQ! Connect Notifications and Text Messaging

CLiQ LLC, doing business as CLiQ! Booths, provides optional CLiQ! Connect notifications for Staff, Drivers and Admins.

When you enroll in text notifications, we collect your mobile number, verification information, notification preferences and a record of your consent. We use this information to verify your number, manage your preferences and send work-related messages about job offers, assignments, published schedules and event updates. Admins may also receive staffing and crew-response alerts.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers, including Twilio, only as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging service.

Text messaging is optional. You can withdraw consent by replying STOP or turning off Texts in Settings → Notifications. Email notifications can be disabled separately in the same tab. Disabling one channel does not disable the others.
